Individual sessions

Individual sessions can be exploring anything that is alive for you right now. Through a somatic and trauma-informed approach we focus on empowerment and embodiment.
Topics might include ancestry, your own prebirth and birth, guidance for pre-conception all the way to parenthood, the menstrual mysteries, psychedelic's integration, embodiment, physical and relational healing, attachment patterns, connection to and communication with nature and spirit and so much more.

Mentorships
The way that I do mentorships is through online sessions, support availability, guided explorations and exercises to do in your own space, personalized rituals and prerecorded meditations depending on your intention.
I hold space for you to explore your own being and empower you on your path. The body is always an integral part and the connection between the inner and outer environments is always included. All mentorship clients receive a personalized flower essence, and email support.

Rituals & Ceremonies
​
Rituals and ceremonies are usually done in combination with other work, like individual sessions or mentorship, but can also be done as a singular event either personally or communally.
There will first be a process of clarifying your intention and figuring out the form and setting. After the initial phase of crafting the guidelines, the ritual or ceremony can either be done by yourself, with integration support from me or guided by me in person.
Examples of personal rituals and ceremonies: releasing old patterns and relationships, stepping through the threshold of menopause, marrying yourself, conscious conception, connecting to spirit baby, postpartum closing, honoring ancestors. Examples of communal rituals and ceremonies: marriage, babyblessing, placenta ceremony, namegiving, funeral, inaugurate land or a building.
Prices will vary depending on what we end up doing

Dieta Preparation & Integration

One dieta can provide insight and guidance for unlimited time, If given fertile conditions and the support needed to grow. Preparing well for a dieta can be anything from nutrition, energetic cleansing, emotional support and clarification to organizing practical things in a way so you will not have to worry about them during your dieta and so much more, the way I work with it, it is always about creating space. Dieta preparation can be done as a single session.

During integration sessions we will practice how to listen to and receive from your dieta, while nourishing both yourself, the connection and maintaining balance in your everyday life. We will do energetic practices and talk about maintenance and how to include your dieta in your life in a mutually beneficial way.

Fertility & Birth Support
​
I offer guidance and support on the journey of fertility, conscious conception, pregnancy, birth and postpartum. That can include online sessions to empower you in your sovereignty, rituals and ceremonies to hold space for your transitions, personal essences to be part of your journey, guided meditations to connect with your body and the spirit of your coming child. If we are located in the same area I can also include body- and energywork.
Before deciding if I am the right person to support you on this journey its important for me to feel our connection and to explore if our values align. Therefore I offer a free 30min introduction call.

Personalized Floweressences
​
We are all unique beings, unique combinations of energy and matter. Those combinations give rise to unique constellations and unique frequencies of resonance. Your personal essence is made in attunement with you, to support you in aligning with your path and highest potential.

After filling out a thorough questionnaire, and optionally a consultation, I commune with the plants of the essences that I work with to craft a uniquely formulated personal essence for you. I will tune into your energy and process based on the questionnaire and create the essence. If you choose to also have a consultation we will go over the questionnaire, and then explore you intention deeper.
